Bag

Needle felt filter bags used in dust and liquid filtration, depending on operating conditions: Polyester, Polypropylene, Homopolymere Acrylic (Dolanit), Copolymer Acrylic, Polyphenylsulfide (Ryton), Meta-Aramid (Nomex), Polyimide (P-84), PTFE (Teflon) ) are produced using felt fabrics made of Glass Fiber, and their quality is in accordance with European Norms.

The inner textures of the fabrics are usually produced from their own material. Since Glass Fiber products have a fragile nature, the product is produced as woven, not felt, and therefore has no inner texture. All of our products have been subjected to calender and gauze processes, and Teflon Hydrophobic Impregnation is applied when desired to provide water and oil repellent properties. The dust holding surface can be covered with an e-PTFE membrane to facilitate shaking and to delay the dust penetrating into the felt pores and reducing the air permeability.

Sewing thread made of the same material as the inner texture of the filter fabric is used in sewing the filter bags. 3 rows of chain type sewing is done by using high-strength sewing thread in the longitudinal seam of the bags, and the same special sewing method is applied for the bottom cover part sewing. Otherwise, the bags selected in accordance with the system operating in the system will break due to dissolving in the entire length or the bottom part. This causes the bags used in the system to be short-lived.
